These are our Starter, Team, Enterprise and Bespoke packages. Every tier can be altered (features, case volume and price) based on a short conversation with us about your queue. Unlimited analysts and reviewers on every plan. Every plan ships with human review on by default — auto-reply is opt-in, and only on cases that meet your criteria.

A case is counted once, however many drafts or follow-up questions it takes. Any package can be altered to fit you. Tell us about your queue and we'll put a monthly price together.
The calculator on our customers page models hours and money returned against a real L1 caseload — move every input yourself.

Only if you switch it on. Review is the default everywhere; from Team upwards you can let Cura send unaided on cases that meet criteria you set — strong precedent, high confidence, no strategic or sensitive account flag. Everything else still routes to a person.
Never. Salesforce, Jira and Confluence are read-only on every plan, even where the credential would allow more.
Most teams start on Starter or Team and move when volume asks for it. If you need Team's channels but only one or two Enterprise controls, take Bespoke rather than the full jump.
Days, not months. Connecting your queue and indexing your docs is the bulk of it; Teams, once available, will need an app registration in your tenant.
Yes, on Bespoke and Enterprise. On-prem / self-hosted runs entirely inside your own environment, against your own Anthropic license — Cura builds and maintains the agents, you own the runtime. Pricing depends on your infrastructure, so it's quoted rather than listed; talk to sales.
Volume above a plan's cases is agreed with you up front, so there are no surprises on the bill. On-prem has no usage charge from us at all, since you pay your own AI usage directly.
